The Masimo MW-1™ module brings accurate, reliable, continuous measurements to wrist-worn, wearable OEM devices. As a complete biometric sensor, Masimo W1-1 continuously measures oxygen saturation (SpO2), pulse rate (PR), and respiration rate (RR), as well as spot-check ECG, steps, and activity.
MX series boards, when used with the applicable Masimo sensors. are capable of providing the full suite of Masimo rainbow® measurements, including Oxygen Reserve Index (ORi™), Total Hemoglobin (SpHb®), Oxygen Content (SpOC™), Carboxyhemoglobin (SpCO®), Methemoglobin (SpMet®), Pleth Variability Index (PVi®), and Respiration Rate from the Pleth (RRp®), in addition to Masimo SET® Measure-through Motion and Low Perfusion™ pulse oximetry measurements SpO2, Pulse Rate, and Perfusion Index.
The MSX-2040 board uses about a third of the power and is only half the physical size of previously available Signal Extraction Technology® pulse oximetry solutions—while providing the same proven Measure-through Motion and Low Perfusion capabilities.
The MSX-2040 board is also available as an external “board-in-cable” solution embedded within a completely self-contained patient cable* (uSpO2), providing Masimo SET® pulse oximetry measurements and Pleth Variability Index (PVi) externally for existing devices not presently compatible with integrated pulse oximetry solutions.
